candy wreath

Photobucket

I bought these corn candies after seeing the Women's Day magazine with a cute corn candy wreath on the cover. Seemed doable, seemed adorable, seemed like an easy project to attempt. Only problem is that the rest of the bag has been mysteriously eaten. And this cute dish is almost gone too. I don't know who keeps eating them around here, but Rory is not a huge fan which makes me a bit suspicious of myself.

HA - sounds like me. I love candy corn. Plus, if there's ever disappearing food - that would be me too.

Yea, I look at my candy corn bag in the cupboard, and well. . .it's just sad because I know it is all my doing! Hey, at least you have an excuse, and have a child inside of you you are sharing with!

Yum! Just this past weekend I bought candy corn and dry roasted peanuts to mix together. I had learned of this great combination last year when we had gathered as a family at Kyle and Lisa's house after Uncle Ivar's homegoing. It brought back warm memories of that evening.
